As Mayor of the village, Varbó it is my pleasure to welcome you on behalf of the citizens of the village in North Hungary.
I hope that the new appearance, the richer content, the detailed information, the refined illustrations and pictures, the up-to-date news will provide you some pieces of useful information about our community.
Varbó is about 25 km from Miskolc. The inhabitants of the 700-year old village are hard-working, determined, progressive and hospitable people.
The leaders of the village work with the help of the dwellers to
" develop the outward appearance and service of the settlement
" promote the traditional folklore and the monuments
" give variety to cultural life
" make the tourist traffic popular
" advance the economic life.
Come to a virtual walk with me and you will be amazed by the history, the traditions and the natural values of our village.

Varbó liegt 25 km von Miskolc. Die Einwohner des 700-jährigen Dorfes sind fleißige, resolute, entwicklungsfähige and gastfreundliche Menschen.
